Composite toolings

Tools for composite products, also known as templates, can be made from various materials and technologies: 

• polyester resin-based tool
• epoxy resin-based tool
• metal-based tool

We mostly prefer polyester and epoxy tools and have the most experience with them, but we can also help with the production of tools made from other materials.

Polyester-based tools are the cheapest, but good quality can be achieved with them, and they are durable, suitable for producing hundreds of products. Epoxy-based tools meet the highest demands and are suitable for products made with prepreg technology.

The choice of tool material is made during Technology optimization .

We undertake the template production of existing products or the implementation of unique ideas starting from the idea level.
