My name is Roland Falusi, I am a mechanical engineer, innovator, and the creator of FalComp.

Since my childhood, designing, creating, and building has been my passion. It became clear to me at a young age that I wanted to develop my abilities in the technical field, so choosing a career in engineering was an obvious choice for me.

Another passion of mine, also from my childhood, is flying, so my interest in technology and my love for flying and flying machines grew together with me and shaped my personality and my life. After building flying models as a child, as an adult and after finishing university, with a lot of theoretical knowledge but little experience, I cautiously began to try my wings in the field of manned flight: at that time I already flew with a paramotor and I thought I could build something better than my then "factory" paramotor.

At first, it didn't succeed and not on the second try either... but I didn't give up and as the years passed, I realized that I was constantly learning new things and acquiring new "skills" in the field of engineering and especially in my beloved field of composite technology.

With the growing experience, the thought of using the acquired knowledge and putting it at the service of others also grew stronger.
